A prominent corner building, 1900 Aliceanna Street sits in the heart of Baltimore’s most desirable shopping, dining & entertainment district. It’s just one block from the water, and another couple blocks to the buzz of Broadway Square. Life in Fell’s Point is social, walkable, enjoyable, and one of a kind.

The neighborhood feels like its own village within a larger city. A place to get to know your neighbors.

Few neighborhoods in Baltimore carry the same sense of continuity between past and present as Fell’s Point. Founded in the 1720s by the Fell family as a deep-water port, it quickly grew into the city’s first shipbuilding hub. Here is where the famed Baltimore clippers launched and generations of maritime workers were housed. Over time, the Belgian block streets welcomed waves of immigrants, each leaving behind cultural imprints still visible today, and making it one of Baltimore’s most diverse neighborhoods.

When urban renewal projects threatened demolition in the mid-20th century, residents banded together, halting a planned highway and ensuring Fell’s Point’s survival as one of the city’s most intact historic districts. Today, you can experience that same passion and collective pride for the neighborhood in its annual Fell’s Point Fun Fest.
